Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Refunds

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online materials, is subject to the following conditions. Customers are encouraged to review these carefully before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on druckenmitalina.de may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team at safenights@gmail.com.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Digital products may only be canceled if they are incomplete or if the download link was not provided within 24 hours.
Payment and Refund Policy

These payment gateways are secure and support various credit and debit cards from different countries. Your payment data is not stored during this process.
Because your purchase is a digital product, it is considered “used” once downloaded or opened. Therefore, all purchases on druckenmitalina.de are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to the intangible nature of these products, a strict no-refund policy applies.
